The Horse & Farrier Cottage is located right beside the inn and comprises:

Downstairs bathroom with electric shower, wash basin, shaver point and wc.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob and washer drier.
Full English Breakfast is served in the inn every morning and is included in the price.
