Description
The spacious accommodation has gas central heating throughout and comprises of the entrance porch, ground floor lounge with a large bay window, LCD Teletext TV, DVD and video player. There is seating for five people including a sofa bed for extra guests. Additional heating is provided by an attractive real coal, stove effect, living flame remote control gas fire.

Adjoining the lounge is a well proportioned dining room with dining table and chairs for up to four people. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and a washer dryer.

There is a tiled shower room with electric shower, wash basin and toilet.

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor bedroom which is very spacious and has a king size bed, fitted double wardrobes and bed side units. There is a large built-in cupboard for storage on the landing area, and there is also a secure rear yard suitable for storing bikes outside the property.
